SURVEY
The survey has been designed to investigate which transition practices are implemented by both kindergarten and primary school teachers among the eight partner-countries in order to facilitate pupils’ transition from kindergartens to primary schools
INTERVIEWS
The purpose of conducting the interviews was to triangulate the questionnaire results by identifying teachers’ beliefs on transition and transitional practices
